The scale keeps going up. I was frustrated at first, but I barley could get my wedding ring off yesterday, I think I'm retaining water? I'm visiting family in Az. I've never had trouble with the heat before. It's all good. I just keep walking every morning and eating right. I downloaded an app called seven minute workouts. I'm going to give that a try this morning.

Drink lots of water so you can flush salts and other stuff through your system.
