58701 steps, probably short 2000 from forgetting to wear in in mornings thru the week. 16295 calories burned per watch. 9203 consumed per the record, which is complete & fair. Surprised and a little disappointed that I did not lose any weight, when i was 2 pounds less in food. Appetite has been down, assumed I was burning fat because I just was not really hungry. Oh well, keep walking, try to figure out when to bike.
