Well, definitely, but I don't trust this site for their measure of calories burned - I mean, can you really count the calories you burn sleeping? Just my opinion though!

Hi abbadabba, I do think the calories burned seems higher than I would have expected. I have read in other places that generally sleeping burns 100-150 calories an hour. I don't know how they calculate it but I hope that the measures are close on FS. It is really motivating for me to see the green arrow going down showing I burned more than I ate. Maybe I need to look more into how many calories I should be eating daily.

Just try and eat moderately and try to exercise every day. It will be slow going but it will go. Take your time and don't get discouraged. YOu will succeed!!
