Stopped in at WalMart this am after work. Loaded up on some fresh veggies, fruit, and skinless chicken breast. Took my sis-in-laws recommendation and picked up some Fiber One stuff. I really like the Cinnamon Oat cereal. Tastes kinda like Apple Jacks!! I also got the Wii Fit Plus disc...let the exercising begin!!!

OK, I hit my Wii Fit Plus for about 20 minutes...whew!! I feel great!! I'm going to be adding Zumba and Just Dance 2 to my Wii library in the next few weeks. I'm not sure how to enter the Wii exercising in the exercise diary, but I'll figure it out. Then I threw together a little mix of onions, mushrooms, chicken breast, zucchini, tomatoes, and broccoli...yummo! Oh, and a lil' cooking sherry! Didn't turn out too bad. Probably should have had more veggies, though. Whay can I say...slow and steady!! I'm trying not to obsess, but I really want to do this. I have some great support, and I'm tired of feeling crummy all of the time. Wondering what people are saying about me when I eat anything...nope, NO MORE!!! I wanna wear a bathing suit with pride!!

GO YOU!! For adding your exercise, you just scroll down where it's says "other" and input your custom excerise. If you look at my exercise activity you'll see where I input WIO (for walk it out) you also put in how many minutes and how many calories burned on today's exercise. OH and I LOVE veggies! ☼ Ruby
