I have been very good with this diet so far. I have resisted the lure of the takeaway and subway sandwich and continued on my low calorie, quorn munching lifestyle. I am still very determined to continue further and earn that body that I have been working so hard for. I have seen a difference already and that is motivating me to carry on with the exercise on the Wii Active which I must say is a far, far better program than I ever thought it would be. I have noticed that my waist has been pulled in a lot more and my upper arms are a lot smaller than the huge bingo wings that I used to sport!. I am just working towards minimising the fatty areas around the backs of my legs and belly which I think are the problem areas that are going to be the last places the fat's going to disappear from. But disappear they will.
