Oh! And a tablespoon of chia seeds blended with it. 1.5 cups soy milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 T. CIA seeds, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 small/med cooked beet, 4 drops mink fruit extract, and optional cacao to taste. Blend up until smooth in a good blender. If you use frozen fruit and beets you don’t need ice.

Ease up on soy products due to the high estrogen levels, which can metastasized cancer, unless you eat it in the purest form, which is fermented Tofu and soy beans.

Add some probiotic plain yogurt instead of soy milk, better for gut health.

I’m Asian and often make my own soy milk. This is pretty pure. Plus soy helps with premenopausal symptoms, which I have.

And just to elaborate for others that find these comments, 1-2 servings of whole soy products are okay per day.

Soy products are fine. Plenty of studies show benefits to them. There are lots of scare stories for nearly every food out there. And I've done beets in smoothies for a while now! Really bumps up the color and so tasty and good for you 😋
