Yesterday I ate way too much junk. I started my day, first thing, with two Chips Ahoy chocolate chunk cookies with the regular and white chunks. Bad Girl! Then, instead of having ONE of my cups of coffee (my one indulgence: Folger's single serve packet with one serving of General Mills Dark Mayan Chocolate coffee and two tablespoons of Coffee Mate fat free or sugar free French Vanilla creamer in it, YUM!) I had three. Then, munched my pretzels all afternoon. I easily consumed over half my allotted calories before noon yesterday. Then, I spent way too much time at the supercenter and got hungry. Fortunately there is a Subway in there and I had one of Jarrod's low fat turkey sandwiches. When I got home though, I ate more pretzels, a chocolate cake roll, a taco with actual beef (going way over my allotted fat grams, which I paid for all night), then my son made some kick butt chowder that I couldn't stay out of (adding to my fat grams due to butter and milk, thank goodness we didn't have any cream because the recipe called for cream)........he's only 15 but likes to cook and that was some of the best soup I've had in a long time. Half a brownie later I had to call it quits. Needless to say I woke up two pounds heavier, which shall not be recorded as it will be gone tomorrow morning! Ok, I'm back on track!! I mean it!

LOL! I would say that yesterday certainly qualifies as a binge day for you but those also have their place in life. :-) Thank you for your comment on my journal and keep up the great work reflected on your chart.
