Still haven't moved on the scales, but since I'm not actively trying to lose, this is a win. Last night I feasted on a burger with chips and drink. I had a large sized meal. I've not had a burger in soooo long, and I wanted to eat one before I drop sugars and most carbs. It was worth it!
