Struggling to find a disciplined food regime. I have my breakfast shake in the morning, but the rest of the day gets all blurry. I have mentioned before that I am not a meal prep type and even using the app meal plan is still not really enough. I am thinking of buying FitFoodz pre-made meals. The only thing I don't like about the idea is that they seem to only cater for young, thin and fit people. 🤣🤣🤣

I’m not a meal prep person either but you’re gonna have to put your head down and just do what you have to do. I personally can’t prep days in advance so I do the night before. Usually I make extra supper to have for lunch the next day or I prep my lunch while making supper.
Alternatively in the morning while having your shake, make your lunch.
I know it sucks but not planning ahead is what causes most of us to end up picking crappy meal options or heading to the drive through.

If it was just for me, it would have been easier. That is why I am looking into the premade meals...no thinking involved or weighing both our meals.( my husband cooks, but counting calories does not work for him)would be able to feed myself and him without too much of a fuss and my ADHD brain won't get overwhelmed 🤣🤣🤣
