Had a major flare up in hives this morning, causing my bones to inflate due to my utricaria…… My body was completely swollen last night and I barely got any sleep…. Knowing this, I knew I was bound to gain “some sort of weight”

Im showing myself, self compassion and that I’ll be okay. ❤️💙
