Well done! Loving your goals too! And slow walking taking in the scenery is better than sitting on the sofa taking in from the tv! What are your exercise plans?

I do some beiceps curls nothing too strenuous, walking up and down the stairs 10 times and of course nice walks and leisurely roll on summer better for walking along the seafront plenty of benchs

I’m teetotal and I bloomin’ love it! Did a dry January with work a few years ago and my colleagues were all looking forward to February and I found I wasn’t! Good luck with your goals, am sure you’ll smash ‘em 😊
