I'm back from the cruise.My daughter had a wonderful wedding and is of coarse very happy.
AS for me,it was a lot of fun.Food was slim pickins for a low carber.I did ok by eating a lot of salads.ALL the dressings were low fat,so I had all my salads with lemon and olive oil when I could find it.I stayed on plan and didn't cheat,not even once.I do know I didn't eat enough veggie ncs.I ate veggie omelets & bacon,cheesebuger(no bun)with salads and made the best choices possile at dinner only eating what was allowed.I ate the whipped cream off a piece of sugar free cake one night.I took almonds with me and picked on them some but not too much.I ate more meat than I usually do,even put butter on my steak on night.My daughter thought I had loss my mind.LOL.
I haven't stepped on the scale yet.Working on cleaning myself out first.I always get blocked when I travel.
