Having taken part in some clinical trials for blood pressure and liver health the last four days has seen a large reduction, around about 400 calories per day, reduced from my intake, it is now my goal to try and keep below 2000 per day, less if possible, I am not going to go feeling hungry. I am doing 20 minutes strenuous work on a cross trainer and an hours walk , weather dependent at the moment, at least 3 times a week.
