Hello FS friends! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. This is going to be my first weekend on plan, so I am hoping for the best! I am going to be mindful of everything I am doing or not doing, and eating. I am very tempted to get on my scale andsee if I am making any progress, but I promised myself only once a week, so I am going to have to wait untill Monday. On another note, I started the C25K, and it has been a great motivator to get my butt moving again! I love running, but was feeling to lazy to ever go..
