Me too. A good strategy is to go immediately after another errand. I find its easier to chain two activities together rather than to leave the house twice.

Unfortunately motivation isn't a long term option. You have to have discipline! Being consistent more times than not creates that most. Most times we don't want to go. Then once we're there we appreciate that we did it anyways.
