Instead of working on a project which must be delivered by Tuesday, I find myself whining on Fatsecret about how bad I messed up my diet yesterday :P Why? First, I went to the cinema, bought popcorn which tasted way more salted than usual. I immediately felt thirsty and guilty for making a poor and unhealthy choice.
But the real guilts came when at the same night later, I joined a surprise birthday party for a mutual friend - which was not in my [diet] plans at all. There was a DE-LICIOUS Oreo Cookie Cheesecake, calling my name. I couldn't hold myself aaaand there you go, I ate a nice piece of it.
My planned DINNER: 1 Banana + low fat yoghurt with raisins. My actual DINNER: 1 Banana, 1 bag of extra salted popcorn and a piece of Oreo Cheesecake.
F*CK YEAH -_-
P.S. Later, I even had a mild stomach ache and bloating. P.S. My body still hurts a bit from exercising :P #What_a_loser
