OK, not starting this day out very well. Almost half of my intake gone on breakfast and a snack? Once it's in writing, you can see where you are wasting calories...holy cow.

I think this happens to most of us now and then. I usually fix the problem with a dinner salad. Chicken or no meat. Fat free dressing. That'll fill you up without adding many calories. :) (assuming you're not on Atkins)
