im really disapointed in myself because i let myself over eat. i went to a fast food place with my boyfriend and instead of ordering sensibly i got the most fattening thing. and of course i gained weight from it. oh well todays another day. i have plans to go out to dinner tonight but im going to eat small portions. so here we go.... getting right back on track!
160.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 69.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
