I splurged today and had a spinach and cheese calzone from our local pizza place. My kiddos were celebrating the last day of school and we decided to order Pizza and hoagies. Willpower failed on me and I ate the whole dratted calzone in one sitting. Thankfully I don't think it took me *too* far over my calorie count. I went to the gym after and worked out on the elliptical for about 50 minutes too, which made me feel a tad better about it lol.

we all do that once in a while. I think it is just human nature lol. point is u did something about it

I had too much fat today. Not good. Didn't go over my calories but still too much fat isn't good. Tomorrow will be better. Blessings for everyone
