Haven’t been on this app in well over a year. My 29year old son passed away last year, 8-1-2022. To say it’s a blow is an understatement. My weight ballooned up to 190 😒 I was using food as comfort, not that it helped. I now deal with panic attacks, depression and anxiety. Awesome.
I need to get my weight down. Just so I can move and bend, shave my legs 😅. So I’ve come back to this wonderful app and caring people.
