I've tried to remove the sugar intake but not fully. I'm keeping at below 40g per day. Also I've removed gluten completely. In summary my diet is based on low sugar, low calorie, high protein and zero gluten. Of course I've also minimize fat intake and no fried foods.
I've tried many diets and this one is the easiest one to maintain. Also first time in my life i actually see results.
I should also add that i follow a cardio workout on a daily basis (ie treadmill for 30-40 mins/day).
