Morticia - you have never tried Guinness? It is full of iron and they used to give it to pregnant women in Ireland.

My late grandad McNamara used to say puts hairs on your chest - not sure if that was listed as a side affect for the pregnant ladies but quite correct re the medicinal usage 🤣🤣
