This month is not going well for me. I go up and down and am frustrated. I know it's my own fault but I cant seem to get it together. I wake up fully committed then somewhere during the day my drive drops. I get soft on my committment and start telling myself a little wont hurt. I've been good all day. I dont know how to keep my commitment to myself going.
Annoyed with myself on a Monday... I hope everyone else is having a better day.
