Lifting 3 tahun baru keliatan segini hasilnya 🥲 sempet on off beberapa bulan tahun lalu karena pemulihan pasca operasi. Jadi suka sebel sama manusia yg bilang kalo cewe jangan lifting, nanti jadi berotot. Bund, ini 3 tahun aja baru segini progressnya 😂
