Today was one of my "comatose" days where I slept all day. Unemployment is tough and I am fighting depression. It's going to be hard being up all night and not snacking. That is another trap for me - eating comfort foods so that I will be drowsy. Tonight I will try something different - water and unsweetened tea. It will definitely help with the challenge I'm taking:)

Hang in there buddy. Try keeping some fruit around if you can to keep the temptation down from snacking on "comfort foods" that may not be good for you. I wish you well & keep your head up.

Sorry to hear you are struggling right now. I hope you feel better soon. Have you considered going to see a doctor for your depression? I did and it helped me a lot.
