Stuck home today with snow. Probably will get out and shovel it a couple of times if the weather-related migraine goes away. Got one of those boxes of preshopped food, 12 meals cost $6 because I got a coupon from my neighbor and got credit because I didn't use the whole coupon. I am going to start cooking them and have all the meals on the freezer ready to microwave, 500 calories apiece. I think I will end up with 15 meals that way, since the total is 8400 calories in the box. Not going to eat the carrots or potatoes though. Maybe.
Dyed my hair blue over the grey and black for a fun distraction.

Sounds like a great deal on that food. I would probably eat the potatoes and carrots. LOL. Your hair looks good.

Love the blue 💙 and great idea to meal prep the boxed food. Takes a little time but certainly saves a ton of bad decisions later on. As for carrots, I recently tried roasting them and made the happy discovery that I do like them after all (just hate mushy boiled ones).

The carrots and potatoes would make a good pureed soup. yum

I'd eat the potatoes for sure and probably the carrots. Are meals prepared, do you have to follow a recipe or just cook what they send you?

@Fritzy 22 I have to cook the food according to the recipes sent. The calories are included in the recipes. Might roast the carrots with some brussel sprouts I have and see how I feel.
