You're fine. Besides, don't forget, with all the workout, you might be putting on muscle while losing fat and muscle weighs more.

That would probably help (lol). Seriously you can turn this around. Did you eat out yesterday? I find that my weight fluctuates the most because of my constantly eating out.

While, as others have suggested, pooping may indeed help, I wouldn't place too much importance on the scale. My scale bounces up and down a couple pounds for no apparent reason, but my waist keeps shrinking. Oddly enough, the bounce often occurs when I get the most exercise. I feel great, look smaller, then I step on the scale and DAMN I gained two pounds! And I don't have the female issues to deal with. Just hang in there. As I keep telling myself, I didn't get fat overnight, and I'm not going to get skinny that way either.

Not a big deal...especially if you have increased your carbs recently...just a blip.

The scale doesn't tell the whole story!!! Remember also that muscle weighs more than flab.
