im hoping this website will help me stay on track. ive been slowly making lifestyle changes since january and im down 30lbs but i would really like to get serious and drop more wieght. i decided im not going to restrict myself from any foods but i need to focus on portion sizes. im trying to stay at 1200 to 1500 calories per day. i know i can do this! its time to be the healthy person ive always wanted to be!
