Not too far off! The doctor said that their scales weigh in a little heavier than others which could explain the 349 to 351 jump. regardless, I'm down 10 lbs since last month!
159.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 75.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Dr scales are always heavier because most make you weigh in your shoes and you probably at least drink some water before you go
