Not good...I stayed at calorie count an gained 1lb. This week. I'm going to lower calorie count down an see what happens this week....

try putting MIO in in it. you can find in most grocery stores. It has different flavors. you squirt as much as you like into the water. It has 0 calories and yet taste sweet. thats how i'm down on my pop intake and getting a few glasses of that in. I dont like water either!

Its probably water weight. Lemon juice is a natural diaretic. You could also try water pills...but be careful with those. I retain up to two lbs of water from day to day...it can be diheartening, but don't give up!

I totally agree with Wakamiya about the water. I don't care much for it myself, but I drink a minimum of 100oz per day. When I wasn't drinking much on the weekend, my weight would go up till I got back to work on Monday. I can drink a lot at work.....

I have lost 11 kgs since December 2014 try to get to the gym 3 times a week ometimes work gets in the way of this

I have a tea I like - it has camomile, boswellia and melaleuca in it - I also have concentrates of cranberry, cherry and blueberry I can add for variety and still get the water in. Thanks for the reminder: I intended to set up 4 - 20 oz thermoses so I'd have something ready to sip on. And really - our weight can fluctuate between 1-5 lbs day to day.

get rid of that bread!!! just try for two weeks. no bread rice pasta or potatoes. meat greens and eggs. you wont believe the difference in how you feel. all those bad carbs are keeping you hungry!

Thanks.. the last time i lost 30 lbs, it was on weight watchers, and carbs wasnt the issue, it was a balance meal, and calorie count...I will reduce some carbs, but I think water is a key.. i just dont like it... :) hahha

I have to agree with Julie, too. I feel like a different person since I cut out bread, pasta and processed sugar. The cravings are gone.

THANKS, i don't normally have alot of carbs, but in order for me to last along time, the bread substance helps... for dinner, there is usually no carbs.. just lunch and breakfast... water is a key... dont like to PEE all the time.. hahhaha
