So, I'll be going to my doctor's office tomorrow afternoon and I'm so nervous. I don't have any scales at home which I think is a good thing bc if I did, I'd just be obsessing over them everyday. I am going by my doctor's scales. I haven't been eating the best and I haven't been exercising bc I'm sick and feel like death. Fingers crossed!!!!!
