This week is still being hard. I had a family event yesterday, food came to the table late and I overate. Then I only had 2 hours of sleep because I had to host a radio show early in the morning. Of course I felt tired all day, so I didn't work out at all. I tend to eat more when I'm tired and lazy, but I tried to stick to fruits.

I have been feeling a bit depressed this week, so that's not really helping neither. I only hope that I will maintain my last weight on my weigh in on Wednesday, and not have gained back what I worked so hard on to loose.
