Buka puasa setelah IF 18/6 jam, kalau masih pemula 14/10 aja, udah kuat boleh naikin IFnya, sore jogging 1 jam, makan pepaya biar besok bisa BAB, setelah 1 jam makan malam jam 7 dan minum susu low fat, and then stop makan di jam 8 mlm deh. semangat kalian!
