這幾個月慢跑停了,但是增加了運動。
9月開始上trx,10月改上算是初階的trx。(不想太累)
12月開始上拳擊有氧課,今年1月開始多增了兩堂課,一堂進階肌力訓練、一堂正位瑜伽。
體脂肪始終不動如山…
骨骼筋率則在26.7%~27%間,有慢
跑會增加但是我記得不多,頂多27.2%……
下期(3,4月)改成兩堂初階trx、進階肌力訓練、拳擊有氧,一星期四堂課。
