BMR 1454 TDEE 1945
Perbaiki apa yg harus di perbaiki..
Awal diet cut sampai 500call, jdinya 1445.. skrng aku cut 300 kali ajah yah jdinya 1645 biar bisa berjangka panjang dan sehat tdk merusak tubuh..
Makronutrien dulu 50.30.20
Sekrang di ubah jdi 45.35.20..
Semoga bisa kembali ke body waktu masih ngga kalap makan :)
