So... Funny day... Really trying to take the pressure off. Its valentines day, enjoy the sweeties my husband bought me.. But, honestly.. I'm just not hungry. Eating last nights beef fat cooked like 'scratchings' is what I'm putting down as my 'dinner'. Just not fussed to eat anything more today 💥✌🏼 so, I'm not going to! These supplements really help 👍🏼👌🏼✌🏼💪🏼

What kind of supplements are you taking?

One is a yerbamate grern tea, helps with prolonging my fast so don't eat breakfast, and then the other I take about 15 mind before each meal, contains pre/probiotic fibers & loads of other good stuff to balance or blood sugars 😎👌🏼
