Our journey on here is a personal one so why do individuals feel the need to question and criticise other , if nothing positive to say just move on and say nothing. I think we all need to look in the mirror because we are all on fs for different reasons ,but most of us need support not criticism. Come on guys and girls or we will all be leaving this platform it's better to say nothing.

Coor blimey, first post did go as planned lol, no hard feeling 😄 maybe I'll have better luck next time, hope everyone has a lovely day, yesterday was the first blow out I've had since Christmas, didn't do to badly but still wasn't the perfection I've been hitting for the last 2 months, back to it today, been trying to add more fruit into my diet and yell you what it ain't half bad 😊 x

Agree but having looked at your profile it's equally dangerous to be overweight. If constructive comments cannot be made on someone's journey then no comments should be made. Otherwise it becomes bullying 😔. Everyone decides there goal,objective to aim for to suit them its not for us to question or criticise their goal. It's their goal not ours. We should only offer comments when someone asks for help and we feel that we can offer that help, at no time should we be critical of what and how they are travelling down their journey.

Well Gilly got it wrong,it's the weight the lady wants to loose and Wee Jock, you've just come the exact same thing as you said should not be done. To Actually go to someone's profile and say they are over weight..Shame On You. We are all here for support . You should never Fat shame . Probably making sure you get your facts straight before you comment is probably the best idea...smh

Record what u want, not everyone puts their exercise up because some don't do it, n not everyone puts food pics on, u put up what u want let other put theirs good luck anyway xx

clara12318 l didn't get it wrong. The difference is that Gilly stated the target weight that the lady set ,she got that target weight wrong . l clearly state if you are going to tell someone what to do in THEIR life then you should do that by example and clearly being overweight and telling someone else their goal for weight loss is wrong is like the pot calling the kettle black and shouldn't happen if you cannot offer constructive advice then don't put yourself up to get shot down then complain about it after. My support in this case is with Noorweightloss. As regards the facts, Noorweight target weight is nothing like Gilly stated, so l think you should look at the whole story, not just the bits it feels suit your narrative.

Oops, Wee Jock. A fellow Scot too! To put the record straight I was genuinely concerned that some one would want to to reach a target weight of 27kg. I have understood that Noor has input the wrong figures in his profile, actually if you care to look they are still way off! You chose to check out my profile too and so what? I'm overweight! Like most of the people on here. You literally fat shamed me! Thanks Clara for the back up. I'm a big girl, pun intended, and can fight my own battles. How can an innocent observation about someone I was honestly worried about wanting to be so thin develop into fat shaming?

Gilly. In your first statement you told her to" Fess up" The English dictionary definition says" you are telling someone they have got it wrong " So in fact we're telling her she is doing it wrong . My statement remains pot calling kettle black. If you feel your initial comments to her were helpful then we agree to disagree.

Hey if anything it's helped noor to enter his weight loss goal of 4 stone, not to end up as 4 stone. Let's all agree it's unhealthy to be too overweight and unhealthy to be too underweight and go back to focussing on our own journeys. And supertasha welcome to fatsecret, it's not often a first post gets this many comments 😂 nice one on the fruit, I'm trying to up my fruit and veg too 🤞
