defcal juga tetep bisa makan comfort food biar tetep have fun 🥳 kalo kata praktisi, yg penting 80%nya menu sehat seimbang, sukur2 whole foods. 20% buat jajan mah masih ok asal gak melebihi target kalori. enjoy...

@Ny Ibad : iya ka ikr. Itu aku masih makan comfort food koq kayak cheese tart, egg tart, even coffee latte di cheat day biasanya di weekend krn kalori BMRku rendah. Kalo bisa aku semaksimal mgkn makan yg high protein dan fiber 😉
