I ate nearly 300 more calories that I should have yesterday. Even though I walked 7293 steps, I wiped out any possible gain by eating chips (lentil chips, but still 130 calories I did not need) and an English muffin with butter late last night (another 140 calories). There are certain foods, mostly carbohydrates, that I cannot eat safely. I know this, but still I ate them. Self-defeating behavior that gets repeated time and again. Tossing the chips out today. Will deal with the English muffins later.
