Thank you! I actually started weighing myself 2 weeks ago so entered that weight. I've lost 1.5 pounds and will weigh again tomorrow, so tomorrows weigh in will show that extra 1.5.
Trying to figure out how to use all the bells and whistles on this website's a bit confusing. I'll get there with time.
The past 2 days I've determined not to sit so much so I need to get up and get moving again! House cleaning, although they say isn't activity, is better than sitting for hours on end. Back to scrubbing and de-cluttering!
We can do this!
