I have lost 9” off my waist. So while I hit a plateau for a month, I still lost inches around my body! yay!

79.4 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg. Still to go: 21.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.8 kg a Week
