Jadi matcha latte 🤭 Aku liat di FS ada yg minumnya campur susu full cream tak cobain ternyata manjalita, kenyang trus bikin bab lancar 😂😂😂

ya, aku tambah greenfields fresh milk, kadang malah tambah avocado atau quaker, tergantung kalori mepet apa gak.. kecuali jaman defkal, irit 🫢
