Pinay, don't be ashamed. We have all had "backslides" and it's a temporary set back. Heck during the holidays I was eating 6-10 cookies everyday. I would start out good and by noon I was eating my way through the cookie stash. After a few starts and stops I finally got it under control. You have to figure out what works for you and keep pushing forward. I support you!💜
