Went to the doctor this morning. I have officially lost 10lbs in the past three months. Nothing earth shattering but it's going in the right direction. He also agreed to cut my BP med in half and is thinking of taking me off of Metformin. He had lab work done today as well so the Metformin will be determined by my A1C. I go back in 6 weeks for a follow up on my BP.
Good news for me and I'm happy about it.

Isn't it the biggest reward when you see the crappy things (like the meds) falling away with the weight?? Man, I didn't even realize the literal weight in the phrase---pounds come and they bring friends! Congrats to you!!!
