I’ve used Pasta Zero for a long time, but this stuff blows that out of the water! Not sure if it’s because of what I’m used to, but it tasted and felt like actual pasta.

whats it made with? ive tried chickpea pasta but the texture annoys me. haha

Shirataki noodles are made from the corm of the konjak yam. It is definitely not pasta, but these were so close! The Pasta Zero noodles I’ve always used (hard to find this stuff in my area) are texturally weird, but I got used to them.
