I am an emotional eater too, so i had to flip the mental thought behind it before I could stop. I use 2 apps, one is woebot, pic of a cartoon robot, for CBT and negative thinking, best one I've found and I absolutely swear by and tell everyone to get Insight Timer app, both r free, insight Timer has self hypnosis, meditation, neuro science, relaxing music, Ted talks, binaural beats...type in anything and something will come up. I like Andrea Wachter Getting Over Overeating, also Kenneth Soares 6min affirmations, there's a couple, they work really well! Give them a try, u never know!❤️
