Thank you Aitch11, I'm trying to find some balance and figure out maintenance now, but that recent drop was not for particularly good reasons. I've learnt that I eat when I'm sad, but don't when I'm angry. It's like I go into war mode, and I'm preparing to go to war. The impact that emotions have on the appetite is real. The nerve plexus near the gut wreaks havoc and I'm sure for scientists its measurable. Emotional eating, nervous poops, feeling sick when we see someone. We've all experienced this. I've been eating tiny portions, not drinking, and pushing harder at the gym to cope. Healthy? Maybe. But an integral part of a healthy diet and physical health is mental health. So, here's to everyone's mental health while on their journey to physical health. ✌❣
