I am back on track. After Christmas, covid and a 4 day cruise my eating went way off track. My weight 12mths ago was 92 kg so now down to the last 10kgs to shed. This app makes the journey so much easier And without amazing nutritionist (BF) I would never of come this far. ♥️♥️♥️
