End of the day and I've only consumed 61% of my RDI. I don't feel hungry though. I haven't really felt hungry all day. No cravings, nothing. Is this normal? Is it a phase? I haven't felt hungry in days. Is it bad to not get to the RDI? I know that, if you don't get enough calories, your body will go in starvation mode and won't let go of the weight. I'm assuming once won't hurt too much.

I only worked out for 15 min, before coming to bed. I worked up a little sweat, though. I was busy all day with the kids and cleaning the house, that I didn't even have time to get my hour in. I'm really tired now. Signing off
