Been working on my diet and switching things up. I'm eating 4 times a day on Tuesday Thursday. Working out at least 2 times a day during the week. It's helping a lot more than I expected.
78.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
